Working principle of oil-free silent air compressor: The oil-free silent air compressor belongs to the micro piston type compressor. When the motor drives the crankshaft of the compressor to rotate, the piston with self-lubricating and no lubricant added performs reciprocating motion through the transmission of the connecting rod. The working volume composed of the cylinder inner wall, cylinder head, and piston top surface will undergo periodic changes.

When the piston of the piston compressor starts to move from the cylinder head, the working volume inside the cylinder gradually increases → gas flows along the intake pipe, pushes open the intake valve and enters the cylinder until the working volume reaches its maximum, and the intake valve closes → when the piston of the piston compressor moves in the opposite direction, the working volume inside the cylinder decreases and the gas pressure increases. When the pressure inside the cylinder reaches and is slightly higher than the exhaust pressure, the exhaust valve opens and the gas is discharged from the cylinder until the piston moves to the limit position, and the exhaust valve closes. When the piston of the piston compressor moves in reverse again, the above process repeats.

That is, the crankshaft of a piston compressor rotates once, the piston reciprocates once, and the cylinder sequentially completes the process of intake, compression, and exhaust, thus completing a working cycle. The structural design of single axis dual cylinder ensures that the gas flow rate of the compressor is twice that of a single cylinder at a constant rated speed, and it also achieves good control over vibration and noise.

Working principle of the whole machine: The motor runs, and air enters the compressor through the air filter. The compressor compresses the air, and the compressed gas enters the air storage tank through the airflow pipeline by opening the one-way valve. The pressure gauge pointer then rises to 8 Bar,. When the pressure is greater than 8 Bar, the pressure switch will automatically close after sensing the pressure in the channel, and the motor will stop working. At the same time, the solenoid valve will discharge the air pressure inside the compressor head to 0. At this time, the pressure declaration of the air switch and the gas pressure in the storage tank are still 8 Bar, and the gas is discharged through the ball valve to drive the connected equipment to work. When the air pressure in the storage tank drops to 5 Bar, the pressure switch automatically opens through induction, and the compressor starts working again.
